The Eastern New York Soccer Referee Program reminds all referees that, in cases of alleged REFEREE ASSAULT or ABUSE, incident reporting is to be directed to the appropriate State Association (youth or adult) and the referee administrators of Eastern New York. RISK MANAGEMENT BACKGROUND CHECK
